All packed up

Everything We Own

It’s amazing what you can fit into a quarter of a basement. Once you fill the space, it turns out that it isn’t really full – there is all sorts of free square footage just sitting above the area that you’ve already filled. So you fill it up, then reorganize and fill it again, then reorganize and fill it yet again until a full house worth of stuff is packed, as you can see, floor to ceiling.

Thank you for the space and the help, Lucy and Norm.

I’d also like to say that I’ve given up on ever having chairs in my house again. They are way too much trouble and don’t stack and take up more room than anything for what they are and didn’t fit well at all into my 3D jigsaw puzzle above. Clearly 6-foot bean bags are vastly more efficient. Thank you for keeping my bean-bag pride and joy, Leslie and Tony.
